Up, Up, and Away: An Introduction to Aviation & Flight

Picture
In this multidisciplinary unit, we will explore aviation and flight.  Not only will we learn about aviation pioneers, we will also explore the aviation principles related to physics and math through fun hands-on activities.  Get ready to learn about Charles Lindbergh, Bernoulli's Principle, and, yes, you may even make a paper airplane or two in class!  Be sure to browse the links below to find access to some important resources that will be helpful in class.  We will finish our explorations with our very own ACT Air Olympics.  Stay tuned for more information!
