Chess is a popular strategy game between two players that has been around for a very long time! Originating in East India around the 6th Century, today, chess is a game loved around the world. In The Westing Game one of the heirs plays chess with a "mystery person." What's more, the game also symbolizes the strategy required to "capture" the culprit and solve the mystery!
